Source

CCAS acts as a turnkey developer, starting with the identification of suitable sites. We work with a number of professionals as well as independently. Our experience allows us to determine quickly which sites will work in the short, medium and long term, taking into account local influences such as planning issues, access to waste and grid connection.

Develop

Once we have agreed that a site has potential we will work with the site owners to negotiate lease terms. We will have taken into account all the commercial factors necessary to enable us to progress a site from concept to construction. CCAS will negotiate feedstock terms, grid connection, technology and construction.

Fund

CCAS has structured a portfolio of sites around a conservative financial model. We satisfy funders that all legal agreements are in place, that the covenants are bankable and as much of the risk as possible is mitigated through the due diligence process
